Owner and President
J. Scott Bailey founded Bailey Marketing Concepts, Inc. (BMC) in Irvine, California in 1994 after a long and successful sales career in the medical industry. Even though Scott was very successful in his sales career, he invested his own money into Sandler training; trying to find a better way to stay on top.
Client Relations Manager
Cathy has spent over 20 years with Bailey Marketing Concepts and Sandler Training. Cathy has a wealth of experience in managing the day to day business operations, specifically focusing on accounting and customer service. She is responsible for Sandler Online, maintains inventory and training materials and supports sales initiatives as well as ensures that clients are well taken care of.
Cathy enjoys seeing the impact that our team makes daily using the Sandler Submarine. Her attention to detail, client relationships and her ability to multitask are key attributes in her role.

Director of Marketing
Susan is a sales and marketing strategist who feels rewarded when she can help others find their successes and views marketing as more than branding and awareness. She integrates her sales and Sandler coaching experience into marketing strategy to support Bailey Marketing Concepts' clients by providing training resources through the website, Internet ad campaigns, customized Sandler content, email marketing, video and social media platforms.
Additionally, she has coached and trained the Sandler techniques for over 5 years and has worked in sales and customer care in both the corporate and non-profit arenas.
She has also served on non-profit boards, school booster boards and is always willing to roll up her sleeves to get things done.
