Great speaking with you today. I wanted to thank you again for inviting me to the seminar last week. Just yesterday I spoke with my two co-founders about what I learned at your seminar last week. I wanted to let you know how the conversations went.
We sat down in the morning to discuss where our business is at and have a strategic planning session. Immediately, it was very apparent that we needed to figure out what the three of us wanted personally and for the business. I then went into what you discussed about figuring out what people want, what is getting in the way, what's the plan to get to where you want to be, and finally the resources needed.
